All drafts are done in order of worst to best straight draft.

I would suggest opening the Yahoo league as soon as possible. People could sign up but wouldn't be able to make any roster moves. Rosters can still be loaded after the dispersal draft. It would let everyone know where players are ranked and their contracts, especially for a new player like myself. I am assuming the ORanks for players in this league would be different than a public league so I am not sure what contracts some players will need next season. I am more concerned about the Oranks/salary than trading of dispersal picks. Teams owners can always do what NHL teams do at the expansion drafts. Tell the team who to pick and make then trade for him.
Also, what four teams will be part of the dispersal draft?

I'd like to know as well about the clock for picks, will it be a running clock? Im going for a weekend getaway, So it would help to get it all ironed out, if we have a active group should go smoothly,

The reason why I wanted to wait on opening yahoo is because I was planning on loading rosters once the draft is complete. That way, I can load your drafted players on your roster manually.
